Roger Wicker – Nev. should weigh Reid comments when voting
Later Sen. Roger Wicker of Mississippi said the issue matters at home because many in his state believe Trent Lott was treated differently words got him in trouble in 2002. Wicker made it a 2010 midterm issue saying the people of Nevada will weigh this incident and should consider Reid’s 2007 comments that “the war [in Iraq] is lost.”
