Brent Musburger, Kirk Herbstreit gearing up for BCS title game
As the play-by-play announcer, Brent Musburger has often stated that he’ll have the best seat in the house for the national title matchup. Seated in the Rose Bowl press box and with a number of TV monitors to show him every angle of every play as often as needed, he’s probably right.
As to what he expects those monitors to reveal, Musburger said only that he expects a good, competitive game. But he knows where he will focus his concentration in looking for the key matchup of the game.
