Republicans meet with national chair
Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele visited Jackson on Friday. Republicans, in a meeting at party headquarters, talked about “reinvigorating” the party. In his fifth term, Neshoba County Chancery Clerk Larry McMillan announced his switch from Democrat to Republican, a move he attributed to being fed up with the Democrat Party’s push for health care reform.
