53 telecommunications companies told to quit dealing in Miss.

The Mississippi Public Service Commission has told 53 lesser known telecommunications companies to stop doing business in the state.

Commissioner Brandon Presley said Tuesday that the companies failed to provide annual reports with details of their business activities. He said the Tax Commission also needs the information.
