STARKVILLE – Bryant wants action on voter ID

Lt. Gov. Phil Bryant touts a move toward voter identification, which he says supporters are working toward through gathering signatures toward a referendum on the question.
Bryant, the presiding officer over the state Senate, spoke to Starkville Rotary Club members on Monday.
“We have this … idea that you should be who you are when you vote,” he said.
