Calipari has made SEC relevant again
Southeastern Conference basketball coaches are eager to insist better days are coming for the league. Speaking during the league’s annual summer teleconference Monday morning, they pounded home the talking point that the SEC had pushed six teams into the NCAA Tournament in eight of the 10 years before the forgettable 2008-09 season.
