This football fest is for the ladies….Ole Miss

It started as an idea that ran around inside of Chyna Ward’s head for a year before she presented it to her boss, then-Ole Miss football coach David Cutcliffe. He liked the idea and gave her his Christmas card list as a database. That happened three coaches ago, and now, Ward, the Ole Miss head football coach secretary/executive assistant, is getting ready to host her ninth Ole Miss Ladies’ Football Forum on July 18 at 7:15 a.m. in Oxford at the school’s indoor practice facility (central air in July is a beautiful thing). It has become a wildly popular event that drew more than 500 females last year from ages 7 to 83, and it has been copied by many schools.
