Got a curiosity here. Maybe its nothing but I’m gonn ask.
When Scruggs and Backstrom disbarred, Supreme Court docket had basic steps:
1) Notice of Retention by the Supreme Court
2) Case Submitted without Oral Argument
3) Within a week, Motion to Disbar/Grant Other Relief filed
4) Within a month, Order entered, disbarred.

How come Ed Peter’s docket seems to have stopped in time? No final Order entered on Motion.
