A spokesman for Gov. Haley Barbour says the governor has concerns that the Legislature’s cigarette tax hike bill overestimates by about $19 million the amount of revenue it will bring in.
Barbour hasn’t said whether he’ll sign the legislation, but House and Senate negotiators have voiced confidence that he will.
