Gulfport Mayor Brent Warr has asked a federal judge to order prosecutors to release more details about the fraud case against him.
Warr and his wife, Laura, have pleaded not guilty to charges they lied to get disaster assistance to repair their Hurricane Katrina-damaged beachfront home.
U.S. Magistrate John Roper has scheduled a hearing for Thursday in federal court in Gulfport to hear Warr’s request for more information on the government’s case.
