College basketball saves its madness for March. In college football, the mad-on goes on and on. You can’t tell the grudges without a scorecard.
The Alabama coach and Alabama fans are mad at Lance Thompson.
The Auburn coach and Auburn fans are mad at James Willis. Willis is mad at the Auburn coach and other school officials.
And he’s just following in the stomping-mad footsteps of Will Muschamp, who’s still mad at some Auburn officials, up to and including the athletics director, a year after stomping out the door.
