It doesn’t matter what Attorney General Jim Hood does, some people will always find reason to hate him. And in doing so, they’ll expose the hypocrisy of their own writing.
Hood was successful in his investigation of Entergy and exposing how they illegally overcharged customers in Mississippi.
This is a win for the people of Mississippi, who will recover what they were overcharged by the utility company.
Of course, this is not the first time Entergy has overcharged its customers. They were found to be doing the same thing in Louisiana. Entergy ended up having to pay back $106 million to residents there.
But Y’allPolitics.com and Sid Salter don’t quite see it this way. Instead of celebrating the victory of a public servant on behalf of the people he serves, they’d rather bash him like a pinata.
