Texas’ Colt McCoy shows he is real deal

Oklahoma led almost the entire game. Its quarterback, Sam Bradford, threw five touchdown passes. Its defense registered nine tackles for loss.
But somehow, for some reason, the top-ranked Sooners didn’t win.
The reason: Colt McCoy wears burnt orange, not crimson. McCoy suits up for No. 5 Texas, and he left no doubt Saturday that he’s the heart and soul of a Longhorns team that rallied for a dazzling 45-35 victory in the Red River Rivalry.

Asked what defines Texas, Sooners cornerback Brian Jackson replied: “Definitely Colt McCoy. He just dominated.”
