Hood calls Sanctuary Hospice inquiry fair
Hood, as has been his custom, refused to comment on specifics of the case before it is resolved.
“I can’t go out and try somebody in the press,” Hood said. “That is the rules. It ought to be that way. I have the duty as a prosecutor to protect the victims, but to also treat the defendant fairly.”
