Governor still has youth bill

A bill that would allow young hunters to use regular firearms during the December primitive weapons season still awaits action by Gov. Haley Barbour.
House Bill 1273 was sent to Barbour after the House and Senate both adopted changes by a conference committee.
Barbour is expected to sign the bill into law this week.
