Guilty pleas add fuel to Scruggs’ troubles
Langston’s attorney, Tony Farese of Ashland, described his longtime friend’s fall as “a tragedy of Shakespearean proportions.”
“This is a loss to the Bar and to society as well,” he told the Daily Journal late Monday. “He accepts full responsibility for his conduct and is assisting the government in an attempt to make this right.”
