UTEP transfer Moultrie signs financial aid agreement with State
Former UTEP forward Arnett Moultrie has signed a financial aid agreement with Mississippi State, clearing the way for him to join the Bulldogs in time for the 2011-12 season.
According to NCAA transfer rules, the 6-foot-11 Moultrie has to sit out the 2010-11 season to become eligible. Since he has just signed a financial aid agreement and by rule cannot sign a second letter of intent, he can still technically be recruited by other non-Southeastern Conference schools. Moultrie can enroll at State as early as the second summer term, which begins July 6.
