Conference expansion: Is Big 12 deminse near?

While Pac-10 commissioner Larry Scott has denied the report on Orangebloods that the Pac-10 would extend invites to Texas, Texas Tech, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, Oklahoma St. and Colorado, there are signs that indicate that could happen as early as this weekend.

Actually, there are more than just signs. There are words from Colorado athletic director Mike Bohn, who told the Boulder Daily Camera that the six schools have been led to believe an invitation is imminent (though Bohn and Oklahoma athletic director Joe Castiglione both said neither school had been contacted by the Pac-10).
