The fate of Patterson and Barksdale
Receiver Patrick Patterson and safety Tig Barksdale should find out about their future with the team by June 1, according to Nutt.
Both were suspended for spring practice after what the school called violating team rules. While Patterson watched most of the team’s practices from the sidelines, Barksdale was not in attendance.
