Sam Bradford impresses NFL scouts in his first public showing since his Oct. 28 surgery

If you were standing close enough, you could almost hear the football cutting through the air inside Oklahoma’s Everest Training Center.

Bradford was perfect during his 30-minute workout for NFL scouts Monday morning. Maybe better than perfect.

“This was the best I’ve seen since Troy Aikman,” longtime Dallas Cowboys executive Gil Brandt said.

Brandt already paid Bradford a ridiculously good compliment at the NFL Scouting Combine in February, saying Bradford was ahead of where Peyton Manning was when Manning was a senior at Tennessee.
