Baylor coach declines Tech invitation for interview
LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD)- The search goes on for the next Texas Tech head football coach. But, one potential candidate is out of the running.
Baylor coach Art Briles ended any speculation Wednesday by declining an invitation to interview with Tech.
So far, Tech has met with interim Head Coach Ruffin Mc Neil and former coach Tommy Tuberville.
According to redraider.com Tech may also be interested in former Clemson coach Tommy Bowden and Houston coach Kevin Sumlin.
