MSU athlete suspended after arrest
Maurice Langston, a junior college transfer defensive back from East Central Community College, has been suspended indefinitely from Mississippi State’s football team following his Saturday arrest.
Langston, 20, was arrested in Hattiesburg Saturday night and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. Forrest County Jail records show Langston spent two nights in jail before leaving Monday on $10,000 bond.
