Louisville QB Moore picks Ole Miss
Another high-profile Mississippi high school quarterback in the talent-laden Class of 2009 has made his college choice.
Clayton Moore of Louisville, who guided the Wildcats to the Class 3A state championship last season, verbally committed to Ole Miss on Tuesday.
Moore, a 6-foot-2, 205-pound rising senior, plans to sign with the Rebels on Feb. 4, next year’s National Signing Day. He also considered Oklahoma State. His commitment is not binding. He’s expected to meet NCAA freshman eligibility requirements.
