Candidate asks Miss. Supreme Court to recuse PSC commissioner

Southern District Public Service Commissioner candidate Tom Blanton filed a Mississippi Supreme Court Case to block Central District Commissioner Lynn Posey from the November hearing on Mississippi Power rate increases.
