Palazzo: Country in ‘debt crisis’
All it took was a phone call.
That, and two or three conversations and a bit of logistical juggling.
But Thursday evening, Eric Bennett’s senior project at Sumrall High School walked onto the stage at the school’s performing arts center to meet about 50 of the constituents who likely will be casting a vote in the Mississippi 4th Congressional District race this fall.
“This is my first official town hall meeting, and it’s an honor and a privilege to be here,” Congressman Steven Palazzo said.
