Press gets to see Balducci/Patterson’s pre-sentencing letters

Judge Biggers just granted the DJournal, Sandra Knispel, Paul Quinn, and Alyssa Schnugg (who gets this h/t) the same access to Balducci and Patterson’s pre-sentencing letters as they had for the other Scruggs I defendants’. The letters will be available for their inspection at the clerk’s office at 10 AM tomorrow.

Here’s the order.
