After spending a year in Iraq, Mississippi National Guard Sgt. Lisa Howard believes Washington needs to think bigger.
“They should be able to pull more out even sooner,” Howard said about President Bush’s plan to withdraw 20,000 troops by next summer.
“Watching these soldiers on a day-to-day basis, you see them one day, and you may not the next. I would love to see them all come home.”
