Legislators have been told to clear their calendars this week to prepare for an upcoming special session that would address an economic development project.
House Ways and Means Chairman Percy Watson said he called a committee meeting Thursday ?because there is some talk of a special session at some time during the next several weeks. There is some discussion going on that we?re going to have to consider a measure that would have to be addressed by the legislature within the next couple of weeks.?
