Mississippi Lottery Corporation Announces Employment Opportunities

Anticipating a launch date of December 1, 2019, the Mississippi Lottery Corporation (MLC) announced today employment opportunities with the MLC.

“We are looking for hard-working Mississippians who want to be involved in a fast-paced work environment,” said Tom Shaheen, MLC president. “This is an exciting time for the State. We are starting the MLC from the ground up and are looking to fill a variety of positions.”

Positions include those in departments ranging from procurement to sales to internet technology. They include, but are not limited to:

The Mississippi Lottery Corporation (MLC) was created in 2018 upon passage of the Alyce G. Clarke Mississippi Lottery Law, Senate Bill 2001. Governor Phil Bryant appointed the five-member Board of Directors on October 19, 2018, with the goal of having the first lottery tickets on sale during the fourth quarter of 2019.  The MLC is a legislatively created corporation.
