Hosemann Calls for Investigation of Campaign Mailers
Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann is calling for an investigation of some election literature that has been mailed before the Tuesday primary election.
Hosemann, in a Wednesday news conference, says in the cases brought to his attention, some people appear to have broken a state law that bars anonymous mailers. He says other groups have registered with his office but show no campaign collections or expenditures, despite having sent out fliers.
