Rep.Thompson urges full funding for public schools
In a spirited address before 350 constituents, U.S. Rep. Bennie Thompson urged voters to support Initiative 42 for Better Schools mandating full funding for Mississippi public schools by the state Legislature.
“Don’t vote for any candidate who does not support public education,” he said.
