Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann and Department of Marine Resources Executive Director Jamie Miller will announce the winning bid for construction of the Deer Island Pier on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the Maritime & Seafood Industry Museum, located at 115 East First Street in Biloxi, Miss.
