Governor hints at Medicaid Special Session
Governor Phil Bryant took time out Memorial Day to address the impending Medicaid controversy.
He hinted at a special session in coming weeks.
The governor said Democratic lawmakers are sending mixed signals about their support for Medicaid with their votes against the system in their push for expansion.
He said while Democrats are holding the legislature hostage, some Republicans are working around that stalemate. The group is pushing for a vote on the current Medicaid System.
