Steven Palazzo Statement on 1st Quarter Fundraising Success
(Biloxi) – Steven Palazzo issued the following statement regarding his campaign’s 1st Quarter fundraising success:
“I am extremely pleased to announce that after only 6 weeks in this campaign, our Federal Election Commission 1st Quarter report will show that we have raised more than $125,000 and will show more than $100,000 cash on hand.”
“Our ability to raise such a staggering amount in such a short period of time is a clear indication that South Mississippians want to send a true conservative to Washington to stand up and fight against the liberal agenda Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama are forcing upon us.”
“In the coming days, we expect to surpass the highest amount ever raised in an election against Rep. Taylor. It is clear that South Mississippians believe Rep. Taylor should be defeated for voting twice to elect Nancy Pelosi Speaker of the House. Taylor’s votes for Pelosi have allowed her to force government-run health care and other liberal policies on South Mississippi. South Mississippians didn’t vote for Nancy Pelosi and they don’t want their Congressman to either.”
