Friday, former U.C. Coach Andy Kennedy filed a defamation of character lawsuit against the cab driver accusing him of assault. The lawsuit also names the valet who saw the incident.
“This afternoon about 4:30 we filed a civil action for defamation of character and slander against the cab driver and against the valet,” said Kennedy’s lawyer Richard Katz.
