PSC is good place for Adams to start
Adams — based on his education and background — would make a fine public service commissioner, able to balance the interests of the utilities the commission regulates with that of the consumers.
The winner of the GOP primary, which also includes tea party candidate Marvin Cox of Southaven, will face incumbent Democrat Brandon Presley in the general election.
Even if the PSC seat is only a stepping-stone for Adams, we see nothing wrong with that. Young, capable people who want to serve this state have to start somewhere. We endorse him in the Republican primary.
