Bill Lerach: Few Better Qualified to Teach Law-School Course on Regulation

The latest in his return to public life is the announcement from the University of California Irvine School of Law that he might be teaching a course.

In THE NATIONAL LAW JOURNAL, Karen Sloan reports, Irvine “is considering having Lerach teach an upper-level course in 2011.” It is tentatively titled REGULATION OF FREE MARKET CAPITALISM – WHY HAVE WE FAILED?
