Barbour aide: Clarion-Ledger got it wrong, Gov. supports all republicans mentioned

STATEMENT OF BUDDY BYNUM, COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR FOR GOVERNOR HALEY BARBOUR, ON CLARION-LEDGER STORY

“The Clarion-Ledger, without checking with Governor Barbour or his staff, reported in a story today that Governor Barbour is supporting Dave Dennis for Governor in 2011, and implied that such support is to the exclusion of other possible Republican candidates for that office.

“In fact, Governor Barbour supports every Republican candidate listed in the Clarion-Ledger story today regardless of the office, and does not favor any one of them over any other.”
