Neither Ole Miss nor Saban in good mood after Alabama escapes
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — THE COACH TOOK his sweet time getting to the post-game press conference, and the delay didn’t brighten his mood.
“We did not exactly get done today what we wanted to get done,” he said.
“We need to play better on offense,” he said.
We made mental errors.
“We turned the ball over.
“We have to stop doing stupid stuff.”
Yep, the coach was still peeved about his guys’ sorry performance Saturday afternoon.
Just imagine if they had lost.
“I’m very pleased and happy,” said Alabama coach Nick Saban.
