The remaining roughly 13 pages of the defendant’s brief outlines what they see as the misrepresentations and omissions in the FBI affidavits, based on the transcripts and the agents’ testimony. I’ll leave working through the details to another post. I will say the terribly long shot of these motions has been maneuvered into a somewhat better place. I’d still say it’s not likely to win.
